Shipping policy

At Blacklight Therapy, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. This policy outlines how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery within South Africa.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. If you need your order urgently just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your time constraint.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Outlying or rural areas may require additional time for delivery.

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, tracking details will be sent to you via email or SMS.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Free delivery may apply to orders exceeding a specified value, as indicated on our website at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery Conditions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.
Blacklight Therapy cannot be held liable for delayed, lost, or stolen parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information, or for deliveries left unattended at the designated location.

Couriers may charge a surcharge for deliveries to government offices, embassies, hospitals, or high-risk areas. Any additional charges applied by the courier service are the responsibility of the customer and will be communicated before dispatch whenever possible.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the destination, the parcel may be returned to us. A re-delivery fee may apply for subsequent shipping.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and secure shipping address.
Blacklight Therapy cannot be held liable for deliveries affected by incorrect address details or for packages lost, stolen, or left unattended at the designated location.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking indicates that your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. International Shipping

At present, Blacklight Therapy ships within South Africa only.
